Subcontractors must:

• Demonstrate relevant stationery/office supply experience
• Provide reference letters
• Be registered on the CSD (or commit to register)
• Sign a subcontractor or JV agreement

Requirements:

• Supply of A4 paper, pens, highlighters, staplers, staples, lever arch files, and markers.
• Delivery via road transport.
• Adherence to RFQ timelines and compliance.
