We are recruiting contract cleaning subcontractors for a large-scale project in Durban covering office cleaning, deep cleaning, sanitary bin services, and consumable supplies.

All subcontractors must meet the following requirements:

✅ BCCCI or NCCA Registration (valid proof & mock payslip)
✅ COIDA Letter of Good Standing (cleaning industry-specific)
✅ Public Liability Insurance or Letter of Intent
✅ Three cleaning-related reference letters (dated 2015–2025)
✅ CV of site supervisor with Matric and 3–5 years of experience
✅ CSD Registration (or must register)
✅ Willing to sign subcontractor or joint venture agreement
✅ Based in KwaZulu-Natal or willing to service sites in Durban
