Opportunity Overview
MarketDirect is seeking subcontractors or independent contractors to assist with internal debt collection activities for a total outstanding debt of R10 million.
Key Deliverables
Contractors will:
- Trace Debtors (addresses mostly known).
- Conduct FACE2FACE™ visits – no phone calls.
- Survey assets (business and personal) for auction viability.
- Organise auctions (with attorney support).
- Obtain court orders for asset seizure via Sheriff, if needed.
Payment Terms
- Commission-based: 15% to 20% of the recovered amount.
- Estimated earnings: R1.5 million – R2 million.
- Immediate cash payout once the debtor pays.
