We are seeking qualified and experienced roofing and coating subcontractors for a possible upcoming roof renovation project in Pretoria.

This project requires expertise in:
✅ Roof preparation & repairs (wooden louvres, Fasi boards, gutters, downpipes)
✅ Cool Surface Polymer Coating application (SABS/SACSA-certified products)
✅ Ensuring a 10-year product & workmanship warranty

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for subcontractors with:
🔹 Proven experience in roofing & polymer coatings (Reference letters required for similar projects of equal to and greater than R100 000)
🔹 CIDB 1GB or higher certification
🔹 Knowledge of Cool Surface Infrared Paint Technology
🔹 Ability to meet strict quality and warranty requirements
