We are seeking skilled subcontractors to provide graphic design, layout, and editing services for a high-profile government annual report and three newsletters. Subcontractors must meet the exact functional and technical requirements of the RFQ/tender, including:

• Proven experience in designing professional publications (portfolio samples, references).
• Ability to create digital and print-ready layouts.
• Compliance with tight deadlines (final report by 15 August 2025).
• Availability to provide three design concepts for selection.
• Ability to submit final print-ready and digital lookbook versions.

Subcontractors must provide reference letters from clients, proof of qualification (where applicable), and evidence of registration on the Central Supplier Database (or willingness to register). A signed subcontractor or joint venture agreement will be required.
