Technical & Functional Requirements:

• Hosting in South African data centres
• Server-level monitoring & backups
• Security setup (SSL, SMTP, SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
• Monthly maintenance & reporting
• Plugin upgrades & environment validation

Subcontractors must:

• Show relevant WordPress/Linux hosting experience
• Provide client references for similar projects
• Be registered on CSD (or commit to register)
• Sign subcontractor or JV agreement
