To be considered for this prestigious 36-month panel with the ONE VISION GROUP(PTY)LTD, bidders must demonstrate proven, relevant experience in their chosen categories.

📌 General Guidelines:

• All experience must be backed by:
  • Appointment letters or contracts
  • Corresponding reference/recommendation letters (signed, dated, on official letterheads)
  • Task orders, project samples, or proof of completion
• Subcontracting experience counts — but only if backed by the main contractor’s confirmation letter.
• Panel appointment letters alone won’t be accepted without additional supporting documents.

✏️ Experience by Category (with Key Personnel Requirements)

When applying for this 36-month panel, it’s not just about your company’s track record—your proposed project team must also meet strict qualification and experience standards for each category. Here’s what you’ll need:

📢 Category A: Campaign Strategy & Creative Development

• Company Experience:
  • Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) projects in the last 5 years (up to 5 projects, each with appointment and reference letters).
• Key Personnel:
  • Communications/PR/Marketing Strategist:
    • Minimum: NQF Level 6 or higher in Marketing, Communication, PR, or Advertising
    • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification
    • Proof: CV + certified qualification + (if foreign) SAQA verification

🎨 Category B: Graphic Design / Creative Services

• Company Experience:
  • Print & electronic media design for 3–5 projects (with samples & references).
• Key Personnel:
  • Graphic Designer/Creative Director:
    • Minimum: NQF Level 5 or higher in Graphic Design
    • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification
    • Proof: CV + certified qualification

📺 Category C: Media Bulk Buying

• Company Experience:
  • Bulk buying for print/electronic media—3–5 projects with performance reports.
• Key Personnel:
  • Media Buyer/Media Relations Strategist:
    • Minimum: NQF Level 6+ in Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, PR, or Advertising
    • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification
    • Proof: CV + certified qualification

🎤 Category D: Events Management

• Company Experience:
  • 2–5 events for 200+ guests (with concept, Gantt chart, and photo evidence).
• Key Personnel:
  • Events Manager:
    • Minimum: NQF Level 5 in Events Management OR NQF Level 6+ in Marketing/Comm/PR/Advertising
    • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification
    • Proof: CV + certified qualification

🖨️ Category E: Printing Services

• Company Experience:
  • 3–5 samples of brochures, leaflets, and annual reports (with references).
• Key Personnel:
  • Printing Co-ordinator/Manager:
    • Minimum: NQF Level 4/5+ in Printing Management (or 10 years’ experience with NQF 4)
    • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification or 10+ years (with reference letter if no qualification)
    • Proof: CV + certified qualification/reference letter

🧢 Category F: Branding & Promotional Material

• Company Experience:
  • 4–8 projects involving banners, branded apparel, gazebos, etc.
• Key Personnel:
  • Branding Material & Marketing Collateral Buyer:
    • Minimum: NQF Level 5+ in Supply Chain, Sales, or related (or 10 years’ experience with NQF 4)
    • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification or 10+ years (with reference letter if no qualification)
    • Proof: CV + certified qualification/reference letter

🏗️ Category G: Exhibition Stands & Signage

• Company Experience:
  • 2–5 custom stands/signage (with documentation and references).
• Key Personnel:
  • Exhibitions Specialist/Manager/Coordinator:
    • Minimum: NQF Level 4/5+ in Marketing, Communication, PR, Advertising, Interior/Exhibition Design, or Fine Arts (or 10 years’ experience with NQF 4)
    • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification or 10+ years (with reference letter if no qualification)
    • Proof: CV + certified qualification/reference letter

📸 Category H: Photography & Videography

• Company Experience:
  • 2–5 projects in both photography and videography (portfolio required).
• Key Personnel:
  • Photographer and Videographer (may be two people):
    • Minimum: NQF Level 4/5+ in photography/videography (or 10 years’ experience with NQF 4)
    • Experience: 5+ years post-qualification or 10+ years (with reference letter if no qualification)
    • Proof: CV + certified qualification/reference letter

Pro Tip: Ensure all qualifications are certified and, if foreign, verified by SAQA. CVs must clearly outline required years of experience. No individual can be proposed for more than one key area—each category needs its own dedicated expert.
