Are you a skilled building subcontractor based in the Western Cape? We’re looking for qualified subcontractors to join a 3-year maintenance and repairs panel for government facilities in Cape Town and surrounding areas.

Subcontractors must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Have experience in general building works including ceiling, painting, plumbing, fencing, brickwork and minor renovations.
- Provide at least two (2) reference letters for completed building maintenance contracts valued at R3 million or more within the past 10 years.
- Submit certified CVs and trade qualifications for:
- Two (2) Carpenters with a minimum 3 years of experience
- Two (2) Bricklayers with a minimum 3 years of experience
- One (1) Team Manager with N6 qualification and minimum 5 years of project supervision experience
- Be CSD registered (or be willing to register before subcontracting starts)
- Be willing to sign a Subcontracting or Joint Venture Agreement
- Must show intent or proof of operational workshop in the Western Cape
- Must have access to 4 vehicles (owned, leased or letters of intent)
