Subcontractors must meet all functional and technical compliance requirements including:
- CIDB Grade 3GB or higher
- Trade Test (if applicable) or Relevant Certificates within the construction industry for minimum 3 artisans
- Proof of 5 similar projects (2015–2021) with appointment and signed or stamped reference letters
- CVs and qualifications of key staff
- Proof of plant/equipment ownership or rental(rental letter of intent) (for 8 listed items below)
