We’re looking for reliable subcontractors to partner with us on an upcoming project referenced as JOB753RFQORTENDER. If your company supplies or installs electric fence components, energizers, wiring, brackets, or performs related technical services, we want to hear from you!

💼 We Need Quotes For:

• Fence energizers (medium to high voltage)
• Galvanised or stainless-steel fencing wire
• Insulators, tensioners, gate contacts
• Lightning diverters, strobe sirens, batteries
• Supply only or supply & deliver options
• Lead times and delivery to Limpopo province

📋 What to Include in Your Quote:

• Unit pricing (excl. and incl. VAT)
• Delivery lead times
• Warranty & compliance info
• Product catalogue / datasheet
• Your customer reference letters of you doing similar jobs
• South African government Central Supplier Database Registration Number(If you do not have one, then you will be required to register)
• B-BBEE Certificate or Affidavit

📋 Minimum Qualifications Required for Subcontractors

To be considered for participation in the electric fencing supply opportunity under reference JOB753RFQORTENDER, all subcontractors must meet the following minimum qualifications:

1. Industry Experience (Max 30 Points)

• 4+ years of experience with 4 or more previous orders = 30 Points
• 3 years with 4 orders = 24 Points
• 2 years with 4 orders = 12 Points
• Less than 2 years or fewer than 4 orders = 0 Points
• Must submit: Company profile + 4 purchase orders or signed references.

2. Technical Requirements (Max 40 Points)

• Datasheets with technical specs and outline drawings for:
  • 100% of items in Appendix A = 40 Points
  • 90% = 32 Points
  • 70% = 16 Points
  • <70% = 0 Points

3. Supplier Delivery (Max 15 Points)

• Lead time letter confirming delivery within 20 days = 15 Points
• No submission or >20 days = 0 Points

4. Technical Personnel (Max 15 Points)

• CV + Electrical Qualification + 3+ years experience = 15 Points
• CV + Qualification + 2 years = 12 Points
• CV + Qualification + 1 year = 6 Points
• CV + Qualification + <1 year = 0 Points
• Missing either CV or qualification = 0 Points
