We offer two powerful financial solutions to help Black-owned main contractors deliver on their contracts:

1️⃣ Cash Flow Funding – Short-term cash loans (R100,000 – R5 million) for Black-owned contractors with valid contracts or purchase orders in place. Perfect for buying materials, paying staff, or covering upfront project costs.

2️⃣ Invoice CashAdvance or Discounting – If you’ve already delivered goods or services and are waiting for payment, we can advance cash of up to 75% of the invoice value within days! That means you get the cash now, not months later.

🛠️ What Kind of Projects Qualify?

If you’re the main contractor with a South African government or corporate or big company contract and have at least 12 months of trading history, you’re encouraged to apply.

🔒 Key Requirements:

• Must be Main-Contractor
• Must be 100% Black-owned
• 12 months trading history
• Must have a valid contract or PO (Purchase Order) or invoice not older than 60 days for the Invoice CashAdvance facility.
• Minimum cash loan R100K and maximum is R5 million / up to 75% of invoice value for Invoice CashAdvance or discounting, otherwise, if you are interested in an equity deal, we can invest up to R110 million in your company.
• Operate in a South African township, rural, or peri-urban area (we may consider urban areas so apply)
• Payment term is 6 to 12 months.

🚫 What If I Do Not Have 1 Year Or More Trading or I’m Not Based in A Township, But Have A Purchase Order Or Contract?

📄 What documents are required when applying?

FICA Documents:

• 📌 A photo of yourself holding your ID next to your face (selfie with ID)
• 📌 Certified copy of your ID (not older than 3 months)
• 📌 Proof of address for each director/member (not older than 3 months)
• 📌 Proof of the company’s address (not older than 3 months)

Business Documents:

• 📌 Copy of purchase order(s) or contract or letter of award
• 📌 Invoice (not older than 60 days for Invoice CashAdvance)
• 📌 Supplier quotes or budget/cash flow projections or bill of quantity (only in case you seek funding for a project not yet done or purchase order or contract finance):
• Simple delivery project: supplier quotes only
• Construction/services/manufacturing: include supplier quotes and cash flow projections

• 📌 Client’s RFQ (Request for Quotation) or goods specification (even an unfilled RFQ is acceptable)
• 📌 Proof of supplier database registration (e.g., Central Supplier Database report) – must show full bank account
• 📌 COR14.0 certificate of confirmation (showing shareholding structure)
• 📌 B-BBEE affidavit/certificate (if applicable, not older than 12 months)
• 📌 Signed company resolution (if there’s more than one director/member), authorizing one signatory
• 📌 Latest 12-months bank statement of the company
• 📌 Tax clearance certificate (not older than 3 months)

Important Notes:

✅ Submit everything together to avoid delays.

Acceptable Proof of Address:
🔹 Business’s or personal municipality rates statement
🔹 Ward Councillor letter (with sworn affidavit before a commissioner of oaths)
🔹 Lease agreement
🔹 Sworn SAPS affidavit if business is operating from a director/shareholder’s home
