As a Bid Administrator, you’ll be the engine behind our tender submissions. You’ll work closely with our estimating, project, and compliance teams to ensure that every bid we submit is complete, compliant, and compelling.

This role is perfect for someone with a construction qualification or background, who thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and time management are everything.


πŸ”§ Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and compile bid and tender documents from start to finish.
  • Track tender opportunities via relevant portals and alerts.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather technical, legal, and financial input.
  • Ensure compliance with client requirements and company policies.
  • Format and proofread documents for submission.
  • Maintain a bid library and update CVs, company profiles, compliance documents, etc.
  • Submit tenders ahead of deadlines and manage post-submission requirements.

πŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience

  • A diploma or degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field (advantageous).
  • Preferably, a previous experience in a Bid Office, Tendering, or Project Administration role.
  • Familiarity with public and private sector tender processes (including CIDB, CSD, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Excellent writing, formatting, and document control skills.
  • Must have a Laptop/Personal Computer and internet connection.
